Workshop

This workshop is intended for both an audience interested in French and French-speaking gastronomy, but also for an audience simply wishing to enrich their vocabulary. Their objective is to familiarize participants with the vocabulary specific to cooking and catering, but also to culinary traditions and French specialties. Divided into three workshops symbolically called “starter, main course and dessert” and punctuated by fun activities, their objective is to give the basic tools to feel comfortable in a professional context related to gastronomy.
